Job Description The Senior Director, Marketing & Development serves on the senior leadership team to establish strategies for organizational initiatives; is responsible for leading the marketing and development team; and directs all marketing, communications, and fundraising initiatives to support and expand the mission of Abe’s Garden Community to establish a replicable model for senior life that focuses on brain health, wellness, and purposeful living.
