Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with College of the Holy Cross in the search for a Director of Gift Planning.Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Individual Giving, the Director of Gift Planning will develop and implement a strategy to enhance planned giving to the College of the Holy Cross, managing all aspects of a gift planning program that includes estate planning vehicles such as life income gifts, life insurance, retirement plans, and bequests. The Director will engage in careful and inventive prospect research, effective cultivation of prospective funders, and strategic development of funding proposals that reflect Holy Cross's mission.
