Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with University of Redlands in the search for a Director of Planned Giving.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Advancement, the Director of Planned Giving will increase philanthropic support from alumni, faculty, staff, retirees, and friends. The Director will conceive of, plan, and execute a comprehensive planned giving program to promote and secure planned gifts, including bequests, life income gifts including charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts, and gifts of real estate and other complex assets. As Advancement's resident expert in charitable gift planning, the Director will take a collaborative approach in growing the university's capacity to cultivate, accept, and administer planned and blended gifts, in alignment with the division's overall strategy and in support of the university's mission and strategic priorities.

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred for this position, as is at least of five years of direct work experience in planned giving, preferably in higher education or in an affiliated field such as estate or financial planning. The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000.
